Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange most items within 2 days of delivery, subject to inspection of the product. Returned items will be credited as coins to your SubDukan Wallet, which you can use for future purchases.

Exchanges: In the case of an exchange, your new item will be shipped once we receive your original item.

Proof Required: You must provide your receipt or order number to process any return or exchange.

Unused products in their original condition

Items with all original tags and packaging intact

Products not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Items Not Eligible for Return

Used, damaged, or scratched items

Personalized or custom-made products

Digital downloads

Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Any item marked “Final Sale”

Special Cases

Sale or Final-Sale Items: Cannot be returned.

Personal-use Items (e.g., makeup, underwear): Non-returnable.

Frozen Goods (e.g., ice cream, vaccines): Require cold storage; if thawed, they cannot be returned.

Fresh Produce (fruit or vegetables): Only uncut, fresh items in original condition may be returned.

Prepared Foods (fast food, dairy products, fresh juices or shakes, cooked dishes): Cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered.


How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account, go to Order History, and click Return.

  1. Pack Your Item

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  1. Ship It Back

Use the prepaid return label provided, or send it to our designated return center.

  1. Wait for Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and credit your SubDukan Wallet if approved.
