✅ Preparation Instructions:

To prepare one glass (250 ml):

Add 8 level scoops (36g) of NIDO 1+ to 225 ml of lukewarm (not more than 45°C), previously boiled water.

Stir well until fully dissolved.

(Use 1 scoop for every 30ml of water.)
