SubDukan.com is an online shopping platform where you can buy and sell a wide variety of products. We deliver all across Pakistan.

2. How can I place an order?

Browse products, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and choose your preferred payment method.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash
• Debit / Credit Cards

4. Do you deliver to my city?

Yes, we deliver to all cities across Pakistan.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days depending on stock location.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 4 days if the item is unused and in original packaging (some items excluded).

7. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you’ll get a tracking number via SMS or email.

8. Is shopping on SubDukan.com safe?

Yes, all transactions are secure and your data is protected.

Become a Seller

Register on our vendor page to start selling online. Our team will review and approve your registration.

2. Is there a fee to become a vendor?

Registration is free. Commission may apply on sales. Ads may have charges.

3. How do I upload products?

You’ll get a vendor dashboard to add product images, prices, and details.

4. Who handles delivery?

You prepare the product, SubDukan logistics handles packing and delivery.

If the order is from Chichawatni, you will prepare the product and SubDukan logistics will handle packing and delivery. However, if the order is from another city, you will pack the product yourself and deliver it to the courier.

5. When will I get paid?

Payments are transferred within 3-5 business days after delivery.

6. What if a product is returned?

Returned items (if valid) will be sent back to you, and payment won’t be processed.

7. Can I sell across Pakistan?

Yes, you can sell nationwide including major cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan & Faisalabad.
